Inatana’s descendant Santano, champion
stallion at KWPN approvals
 Santano
Van Hof Olympia, a three-year old stallion by Sandro Hit out of
Inatana’s granddaughter P.Siltana Van Hof Olympia (Silvano
N x Calypso III), has been proclaimed the dressage champion at the
KWPN studbook approvals in Ermelo, Netherlands.
Santano was bred by Henk and Iris Poettgens, and is owned by Berend
and Els Minnen of Resim Dressage Stables. The KWPN report praises
the stallion for his outstanding conformation, temperament and movement.
He was awarded a 7.0 for his walk, an 8.5 for his trot, an 8.5 for
his canter, and an 8.5 for his talent for dressage. Santano will
stand for breeding duties at Resim stables, and has already bred
over twenty-five mares this season.
Las Marismas congratulates Henk and Iris Poettgens of Hof Olympia
for breeding such an outstanding stallion, which represents yet
another recognition of their superior breeding program, and wishes
Resim Dressage Stables all the success in the career of Santano.
We are also very proud and fortunate to own Santano’s full
brother, our own Sandritano Van Hof Olympia, a yearling, who we
hope can match the success of this older brother.
